Terms of Service

Welcome to Dubzig Investments (Private) Limited ("Dubzig Investments", "we", "our" or "us"), an IT solutions and web development company in Zimbabwe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, applications, websites, hosting and solutions we provide.

By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• "Client" — a person or entity purchasing or using Dubzig's services.
• "User" — any individual accessing a Dubzig platform or system.
• "Service" — any solution, software, hosting, consultancy or support we provide.
• "Agreement" — these Terms together with any applicable Master Service Agreement, SLA or Project SOW.

• You are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering a contract.
• You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws.

Dubzig Investments provides ICT solutions, including but not limited to:

• Web, mobile and software development
• Hosting and cloud infrastructure management
• Embedded systems and IoT solutions
• Cybersecurity audits and solutions
• Networking and infrastructure installations
• ICT consultancy and digital transformation

Each service may have specific terms detailed in a separate Service Agreement, SLA or Project Proposal.

Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Dubzig is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, illegal or malicious content.
• Host or distribute malware, phishing or spam.
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt system security, servers or networks.

Dubzig may suspend or terminate any account or service violating this policy.

• Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made according to the billing cycle or invoice terms.
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
• Certain services (e.g. domain registrations, SSLs) are non-refundable once processed.
• Dubzig may update pricing with prior notice.

Dubzig strives to provide high availability and reliable performance. Hosting and cloud services are governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifying uptime guarantees, maintenance schedules and response times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our control.

All content, code, designs and software provided by Dubzig remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed Service Agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Duplication, resale or redistribution of Dubzig materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Dubzig handles all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of your data but grant Dubzig the rights needed to store, process and transmit it to deliver our services.
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some services rely on third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways, cloud hosting, APIs). Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Dubzig is not responsible for failures or breaches caused by third parties.

Dubzig may suspend or terminate your service if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or your usage poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination you remain responsible for all outstanding fees. You may request a copy of your data within 7 days of termination.

All services are provided "as is" and "as available." Dubzig makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete security or error-free operation.

• Dubzig shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Dubzig's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the past 12 months for the affected service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dubzig harmless against any claims, damages or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our services.
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

Dubzig shall not be liable for failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, network outages or government actions.

Dubzig may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be settled through negotiation or arbitration in Harare.
