The technical and organizational measures we use to protect your data — and how to report a vulnerability.

1. Our Commitment

Security is built into how we design, build and operate our systems. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data across our web, hosting, cloud and software services.

2. How We Protect Your Data

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption protects data in transit between you and our services.
  • Access controls: access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis.
  • Secure storage: data is stored on secure, monitored servers.
  • Authentication: multi-factor authentication is available to protect accounts.
  • Regular updates: we apply security patches and system updates promptly.
  • Monitoring: continuous monitoring and threat detection across our infrastructure.

3. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our hosting and cloud services run on monitored infrastructure with regular maintenance windows and backups. Availability and response targets for paid hosting are governed by the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption.

4. Your Role in Security

Security is a shared responsibility. We recommend that you:

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
  • Keep your own devices and software up to date.

5. Incident Response

We maintain processes to detect, investigate and respond to security incidents. Where a breach affects your personal data and the law requires it, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

6. Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it responsibly to info@dubzig.co.zw with the subject line "Security". Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. We appreciate the work of the security community in keeping our users safe.

7. No Absolute Guarantee

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
