These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, applications, websites, hosting, and solutions provided by Dubzig Investments.

"Client"

A person or entity purchasing or using Dubzig's services.

"User"

Any individual accessing a Dubzig platform or system.

"Service"

Any solution, software, hosting, consultancy, or support provided by Dubzig Investments.

"Agreement"

This Terms of Service document together with any applicable Master Service Agreement, SLA, or Project SOW.

By accessing or using Dubzig's services, you acknowledge that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering a contract.
• Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• Will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Dubzig Investments provides ICT solutions, including but not limited to:

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Some services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify Dubzig immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use Dubzig's services to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Host or distribute malware, phishing, or spam.
• Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt system security, servers, or networks.

7. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made according to the billing cycle or invoice terms.
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
• Certain services (like domain registrations or SSLs) are non-refundable once processed.
• Dubzig may update pricing with prior notice.

8. SERVICE LEVEL AND UPTIME

Dubzig strives to provide high availability and reliable performance.

Hosting and cloud services are governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifying uptime guarantees, maintenance schedules, and response times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, code, designs, and software provided by Dubzig remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed Service Agreement.

Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

10. CLIENT DATA AND PRIVACY

Dubzig Investments respects your privacy and handles all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of your data but grant Dubzig the necessary rights to store, process, and transmit it as required to deliver our services.
• Dubzig shall implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some Dubzig services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting, or APIs).

Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Dubzig is not responsible for failures or breaches caused by third parties.

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Dubzig may suspend or terminate your service if:

• You breach these Terms or violate laws.
• You fail to make payments.
• Your usage poses a security or legal risk.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees.

You may request a copy of your data within 7 days of termination.

• Dubzig shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Dubzig's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the past 12 months for the affected service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dubzig harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our services.
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Dubzig shall not be liable for failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, network outages, or government actions.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Dubzig reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Disputes shall be settled through negotiation or arbitration in Harare.
